An email signature is a text which is added in the footer of your mail, you can add your name, mobile number, designation or company’s logo as your signature in Gmail account.

You can add or change your signature in Gmail in a few easy steps.
To add signature in Gmail:
Step 1. Log in to your Gmail Account, by filling in your personal details.
Step 2. Now, in the top right, click Settings button and then click all settings.
Step 3. In the next step of how to add signature in Gmail account, go to the signature section. In the “Signature” section, add your signature text in the box.
Step 4. You can also add an image or a logo.
Step 5. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes, to confirm adding signature in Gmail.
You can put up to 10,000 characters in your signature. Also you can use multiple signatures in your Gmail account. Just you have to add different signatures by using the above-mentioned process.
For adding a different signature while sending a mail, click ‘insert signature’.
How to change signature in Gmail?
You can also change signature in Gmail by editing your existing Gmail signature.
Follow these steps to change signature in Gmail:
- Open Gmail and log in to your account.
- Now, at the top right, click Settings, and see all settings.
- In the next step, under “General,” scroll to “Signature” option and click the signature which you wish to edit.
- Now, use the text box to make your changes.
- Scroll down at the bottom and click Save Changes to change signature in Gmail account.
