  • If you are new, you will need to register and create an account. Follow the steps below to register:

Step 2: Choose your application type

After logging in, you will need to choose the appropriate service from the options provided. You can choose to apply for one:

  • New passport / Reissued passport
  • Diplomatic passport / Official passport
  • Police clearance certificate (PCC)
  • Identity certificate

Step 3: Fill the application form

Filling the application form can be done online or offline. To complete the offline application form, please follow the steps below: 

  • Click on the link provided to download the soft copy of the application form.
